Late-Night Television Highlights
It was announced yesterday that Jimmy Fallon will be the new host of the Tonight Show starting in February 2014. I thought it would be fun to see what the different late-night hosts had to say about it on their shows last night.

You guys probably heard the news I’m going to be taking over for the Tonight Show next February. But don’t worry, until February our focus is right here on whatever this show is called.

It’s a big night in the world of late-night television. As you probably heard it was announced officially today that starting in February next year after the Olympics I will take over as new host of the Tonight Show on NBC. I spoke to Jay on the phone today and he…..excuse me one second…..ok, um, apparently it’s a different Jimmy that’s going to be hosting the Tonight Show. Does anybody know what the return policy is on a yacht?
Craig Ferguson is out of the country, but he did send a congratulatory tweet to Fallon.

Ahhhh, I love watching how everyone handles what’s going on ! Interesting to see who does what. Jay kind of came off as being a butt with his first joke- Dave cracked exactly the same joke, but it was at least funny coming from him-and the rest of the time he’s clearly a little bitter at parts. It should be interesting. Congrats to CoCo for being gracious, and Fallon of course in all his exciting 😀
I was going to leave a comment, but halfway through I realized there was a fallacy in it which rendered it unnecessary to say.
