Arsenio Hall Show Highlights
There were no good monologue jokes from last night’s Arsenio Hall Show. He really needs some good writers, and it wouldn’t hurt for him to practice delivering them too.
The comedy segment bits, I think, were Finish This Sentence and Win a Boeing 747 and Arsenio’s Sister Marsenia Runs The Writers’ Room. They ranged from unfunny to really unfunny.
Bill Maher was the first couch guest. He is the host of Real Time with Bill Maher. The interview was fine. Bill was his typical fiery and opinionated self. The best part, honestly, was how uncomfortable Arsenio looked when Bill discussed his opinion of religion. Here’s a clip:
Margo Martindale was the second couch guest. She stars on the show The Millers. The interview was ok, but not very interesting. In fact, I’d say it was downright pointless.
Mike Wysocki was the stand-up guest. He was a perfect fit for this show.
MC Lyte was the musical guest. She was mediocre.
