Jimmy Kimmel Live! Highlights
Here were my favorite monologue jokes from last night’s Jimmy Kimmel Live!:
Tonight’s show is a milestone for us. It’s our 1600th show. We celebrated today by not realizing it was our 1600th show until about three minutes ago.
Today is also Columbus Day. Christopher Columbus was an Italian explorer who sailed to America to exploit our native population and infect them with small pox. And 500 years later we’ve exacted our revenge by sending Snooki and Deena to Italy.
We had a new episode of Dancing with the Stars to give thanks for tonight. Ricki Lake once again had the highest score of the season. Second lowest was Chaz Bono, he had 21. You know, I warned Chaz before he started this show that dancing with a penis is harder than you think.
Paula Abdul was the first couch guest. She is a judge on the X-Factor. The interview started out very routine, but quickly became entertaining when Jimmy asked her about being babysat by Michael Bolton. Here are the clips:
Kenny Wormald was the second couch guest. He is in the new film remake of Footloose. The interview was pretty good. Kenny was charismatic, funny and interesting. Here’s the interview:
Two Door Cinema Club was the musical guest. They were great.
Pretty good show. I give it:
