Tonight Show Highlights
We’re switching things up today. Here were my favorite monologue jokes from last night’s Tonight Show with Jay Leno:
I got no relaxation at all last week. I spent the entire week helping Al Gore move into the Oakwood Apartments.
I guess what happened was, apparently she walked in… caught him boring another woman.
You’ve seen the images, it’s just awful. I saw these pictures of these birds completely covered in oil. And then I realized that it was just an ad for KFC.
The only commercial airline in Iraq, Iraqi Airways, folded this week. The CEO of Iraqi Airways said the company could not survive in a market where everybody in the country was on the no-fly list.
The desk segment was Jay Walking. It had its moments, but I think we can skip it.
Chris Rock was the first couch guest. He is in the new film Grown Ups. I think Chris is a great entertainer. He had a pretty dark sense of humor that tends to make me laugh. He was in fine form during the interview:
Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi was the second couch guest. She is on the show Jersey Shore. This may be a shock, but I had never actually seen Nicole before this interview. I don’t think I need to see her again, but I did enjoy the interview:
Sting was the musical guest. He was terrific.
