Late Show Highlights
Monday night’s episode of The Late Show with David Letterman is a solid, and almost flawless, hour of entertainment. Cutting it up to review would do it a great disservice, so I recommend watching the entire show. I can’t embed the show in this post, so you’ll have to watch it on the CBS website.
A few quick notes:
The monologue is easily the lamest segment of the show. Fortunately, it’s very short. Don’t let it deter you from everything that comes after it.
Louis C.K. was the first couch guest. He was outstanding. He’s amazing at funny, and I never get tired of listening to him talk.
Nicolle Wallace was the second couch guest. She was great. I thought she and Dave had a very interesting, informative and positive conversation.
The Lone Bellow was the musical guest. They were terrific.
