Refusing To Comply
I don’t do as well as I’d like with time zone changes. I was only in Arizona for four days, but I’m having trouble adjusting back to Eastern Daylight Time. Waking up this morning seemed like a punishment for a crime that I haven’t been found guilty for yet. It’s weird. Eastern Time is the best of all the zones in the United States, so you’d think I would be excited to get back to it. I am, but the journey back to normality is longer and harsher than when I was a younger lad.

I had the same issue going from Central to Pacific and back to Central. People in Seattle don’t seem to realize that even though “it’s only 10 pm”, you’ve effectively been up since 3:30 am. And they haven’t.
And then losing 2 hours coming home…
People in Seattle are so silly.
Jet lag is terrible. I slept for 50 hours when I came back from a trip to China.
And this is the main reason why I won’t go to China, after being unable to afford it and speak the language.
Eastern Time IS the best of the time zones!
Sing it sister. Sing it loud.
What makes the Eastern the best?
