One Month
Thank you very much for all the terrific comments on Monday’s blog post. Your kind words really mean a lot to us, and we greatly appreciate them. It’s wonderful to know that we have been a part of your lives and were able to provide you with a little entertainment.
Regarding today’s comic, a long long time ago back in episode 10 Benjamin stopped by the SWR Theater and, after only two weeks on the air, told Isabel that Woody After Hours was cancelled. Later, he revised his decision and gave her two more weeks. Unfortunately, that extra time wasn’t enough.
The rest of the journey into the future isn’t as bleak as today’s comic. Trust me.

We missed the Dora Bianchi (“Questionable Content”) interview? Aw, man…
Yeah, I would have loved to have had Dora as a guest on WAH. She’s my favorite QC character.
Faye would have brought in the viewers, though. She’s… unpredictable.
WAH will be missed!! How will ever I keep up with the late night shows here on the East coast when they don’t start until 11:30 PM?? WAH has been clever, unique and original, and I’ve looked forward to every new post. Web comics in general will be diminished by the loss of WAH.
Man, that sucks. After everything they did, it still wasn’t enough
AAAAAAAAArrgghhh! Questionable Content is my all-time favorite webcomic (it is also how I found THIS comic, via their linked sites). I would have LOVED to see Dora guest star!
Wow, only 10 WAH strips left and it’s getting even more bleak.
DARN YOU CORPORATE RATING SYSTEM!!! First almost human now my favorite late night talk show! Nay isay NAY! You may take Carl Urban from me but never Woody!
I can’t help but wonder if your next project will be a webcomic. And if it will, can we expect the same kind of webcomic crossover silliness that I believe was among WAH’s best features?
In light of these many, many loyal fans, I wonder if it isn’t an opportunity for Depth Varies to reconsider its opinion. The idea is so brilliant, the guests so funny, and Woody and gang so engaging, they deserve another chance. Late night shows come and go, to be sure, but this one has struck a chord with many loyal fans. Doesn’t Renee have anything up her sleeve that could turn the evil Ben around? Even for a two week extension of the show?
Man, I seriously felt bummed out when I saw that the comic was ending. I went to NCSU and near it still. It was pretty cool to see a comic set in a town I had such good memories.
…what?
*RAGEMODEZ!* TOSSESDEVICEATWALL!* *SCREAMZ*
Ok. It had to be done.
I’m good now.
