Jimmy Kimmel Live! Highlights
Let’s ring in the New Year with the man, the myth, the late-night host Kimmel. Here were my favorite monologue jokes from last night’s Jimmy Kimmel Live!:
Allow me to be the first to wish you a happy New Year. My New Year’s resolution is the same as last year: eat more gluttons. The first two weeks in January are when people typically try and lose weight. It’s a golden time of the year for me cause the line at Sizzler is much shorter.
In Arkansas thousands of birds suddenly fell dead from the sky. They estimate between four and five thousand blackbirds and starlings suddenly just fell and they’re not sure why. I think it’s pretty obvious: God is also addicted to Angry Birds.
Patricia Heaton was the first couch guest. She’s on the show The Middle. The interview was really good due completely to Patricia’s great energy and fun stories. Here’s a clip that best illustrates my points:
Brad Womack was the second couch guest. He is the star of this season’s The Bachelor. Honestly, I don’t really care about the people who participate on these types of shows, be it the men or the women. That being said, I couldn’t believe how much I enjoyed the interview. Brad was well-spoken and had a surprisingly good sense of humor. Jimmy flipped back and forth many times between complementing and teasing Brad, and Brad rolled with it impressively well.
Josh Groban was the musical guest. He has a great voice:
