They don’t have the money for a green room yet. Worse, they only had enough money for one dressing room, Woody’s. So guess who’s room is trashed.

And no, guests aren’t liable for any incidental damage done to the facility. It was assumed that they wouldn’t do any damage. The policy will have to now be reconsidered in light of the Pinkerton crew.

Under the contractual relationship you have with guests, are they liable for any incidental damage done to the facility?
