Panic! At The Brickyard
I saw and thoroughly enjoyed The Avengers over the weekend. I would love to meet Joss Whedon someday and thank him for all of the terrific stuff he’s done.
Speaking of Joss, when I originally conceived WAH back in 2008 I envisioned Woody interviewing caricatures of real life celebrities. Joss Whedon was scheduled to be Woody’s first guest. I had written a story arc in which Woody goes into complete fanboy-mode, making Joss uncomfortable and begging to leave. I eventually had the epiphany for Woody to interview other webcomic characters instead. It made a lot more sense and allowed us to work with other comic creators, so I never looked back.
Speaking of stuff, don’t forget to download and share our latest two wallpapers. Paul really rocked them:

I saw it too. Awesome. Favorite line: Dr. Banner is urged to “get angry” as a monstrounbefuggaleavablegigantafishbutwhyafish? approaches. His response: “I’ve got news for you. I’m ALWAYS angry.”
Yeah, there were so many good lines. I think my current favorite was:
Bruce Banner: I don’t think we should be focusing on Loki. That guy’s brain is a bag full of cats. You can smell crazy on him.
Thor: Have a care how you speak. Loki is beyond reason, but he is of Asgard. And he is my brother.
Natasha Romanoff: He killed eighty people in two days.
Thor: He’s adopted.
That “He’s adopted” line was fantastic. But I really loved the 2 sight gags where Hulk punched Thor out of the frame, and (the best one) where hulk Thrashed Loki around like a Ragdoll after he mouthed off about being a God. Great film. Tons of fun.
Yeah, both of those were awesome as well.
And tonight starts a week of “Craig in Scotland” Late Late Shows!
Yay!
Yup. That’s what Woody will be reviewing on Tuesday and Thursday.
