There are still a few decent people in the world. One of them happened to be in Ohio the other day.
My wife, who for the purpose of this post I refer to as a “beautiful dork,” discovered one morning that she had left her iPhone in a public restroom the previous evening. Not surprisingly, a stranger soon found it and took it.
Now, by being in possession of my wife’s phone, this stranger had the opportunity to cause my wife all sorts of problems, both economic and social. But, s/he didn’t. Instead, as far as we can tell, the only thing the stranger did was access my wife’s Facebook account and post a message that the phone had been found and left at the building’s information desk.
How cool is that?
So, stranger, whoever you are, thank you for being decent.
