…And Justice For All
While visiting family recently I made the mistake of suggesting that we watch the Mel Brooks film History of the World Part 1. None of us had seen the movie, so the idea spawned from our memory of having seen the following clip at some point in the past:
It turns out that this scene is not only the best part of the film; it’s also the only good part of the film. In other words, I implore you to learn from the errors of my ways and stay as far away from this as possible.
We made up for it a few days later by watching White Christmas. It’s a very enjoyable film. The plot is pretty simple, and there’s a lot of singing and dancing, sure, but it’s a light-hearted good time, especially around these holidays.
