Conan Highlights

Here were my favorite monologue jokes from last night’s Conan:

The Obama campaign is releasing a new ad showing Americans whose financial situation has improved over the past four years. Unfortunately, the only person who appears in the ad is Mitt Romney.

Many new Starbucks locations will no longer have tables or chairs. The CEO of Starbucks says that from now on you’re going to have to write your crappy screenplays at Chipotle.

Americans are expected to spend 370 million dollars on pet costumes this year. So get ready to see a lot of slutty labradoodles.

The comedy segments were Fan Corrections and World’s Shortest Freefall. Both were awesome:

Patton Oswalt was the first couch guest. He’s in the upcoming film Nature Calls. The interview was great. Patton was very funny and told some entertaining stories. Here was my favorite clip:

Cheryl Hines was the second couch guest. She is on the show Suburgatory. The interview was ok. Cheryl was pleasant, but her stories weren’t very interesting and there just wasn’t any chemistry between her and Conan. I don’t think the interview is worth watching.

Michael Kiwanuka was the musical guest. He gave a very nice performance:

Very good show.  I give it:
