Late Night Highlights

Here were my favorite monologue jokes from last night’s Late Night with Jimmy Fallon:

Today is National Visit Your Relatives Day. Or as Arnold Schwarzenegger put it, “Better make it two days.”

Every since the news of Osama bin Laden’s porn stash the adult entertainment industry wants to know which movies were in his collection. Yeah, cause if there’s one sticker you want to put right on the cover it’s “Wank-approved by Osama bin Laden.”

A Law School graduate in North Carolina is facing criticism for plagiarizing a YouTube video in his commencement speech. He was like, “Students of the class of 2011…y’all need to hide your kids, hide your wife, hide your husband…”

A recent study found that 92% of bear attacks come from male bears, and mother bears are not as dangerous as once thought. That’s a cool thing to think about while your face is being torn off by a mother bear.

The desk segments were Hashtags and Put It in Reverse. Put It in Reverse was painfully funny, but painfully long. Let’s watch Hashtags instead:

Jim Parsons was the first couch guest. He stars on the television show The Big Bang Theory. The interview-part of the segment was short and focused exclusively on the Broadway show he is currently in. It was fine, but dry. The second part of the segment, however, was a game of Pictionary, and was absolutely hilarious. It was so funny it must be watched:

Mireille Enos was the second couch guest. She is on the show The Killing. The interview was very short, but entertaining. Mireille was nice and gracious considering she had to take a backseat to Jimmy’s need to do most of the talking about her show. Here’s the interview:

The Head and the Heart was the musical guest. They gave a great performance.

Very good show. I give it:
