The pre-opening credit bit was a pretty funny and is worth watching:
The monologue was ok, but I only found one joke so funny that it was worth repeating:
Did you know there’s a company in England selling fake nipples? They’re supposed to enhance your own nipples to make them look like they’re poking out under your clothes. But I would never buy them, mainly because they’re not available in packs of five.
The desk segment was supposed to be checking tweets and emails, as per usual. Problem was, he got on this thing about saying the word “tweety box” and didn’t get any further. I think we can pass on watching that here.
Antonio Banderas was the first couch guest. He’s in the new Shrek film. I’ve always enjoyed Antonio on-screen. I think he’s fun to watch. The interview was similar in terms of fun-ness:
Paula Poundstone was the second couch guest. I really like Paula. I think she’s really funny when she’s a guest on NPR’s Wait Wait Don’t Tell Me. She and Craig had entertaining conversations:
