Tonight Show Highlights

NBC and Conan have reached an exit deal. Friday will be Conan’s final night hosting the Tonight Show, so this very well may be the last time I get to type “here were my favorite monologue jokes and bits from last night’s Tonight Show with Conan O’Brien”. Sigh.

Hello, I’m Conan O’Brien. Sorry if I’m a little late. I had a job interview at Lady Footlocker.

This whole experience has been so surreal. I never thought I’d be jealous of the long illustrious run that NBC gave Joey.

You know I’ve been having a really hard time explaining the whole situation to my kids, cause they’re still very young. Yeah, so what I did was I had a doll made of myself. Now I can show my kids exactly where NBC touched daddy.

Earlier this week in California a goat somehow got into a strip club and caused two-thousand dollars worth of damage. Yeah, then it got up on stage and earned all the money back.

And then there was this:

And this:

The desk segment was very short, but it was a great mock of the end of Leno’s last night as host of the Tonight Show:

Adam Sandler was the first couch guest. I really love Adam. He has such great charisma. Sure, his humor is sophomoric most of the time, but he consistently cracks me up.  The interview was hilarious and is totally worth watching:

Joel McHale was the second couch guest. Joel is on two shows: The Soup and Community. Joel was funny and the interview was fine. It’s too bad he came after Adam Sandler, however, because the interview was really tame compared to the energy level Adam brought to his interview.

Joss Stone and Raphael Saadiq were the musical guests. They were great.

Great show. I give it:
